Slow down! Crappie like it slow... if your boats moving around and u cant keep tht jig still its no bueno..always imagine there is a crappie lookin at your bait and if u dont keep it still he aint gonna bite it... most bites will b wen u r easing it up real slow
What style of fishing are you gonna be doing? Spider Rigging, Single Pole Jigging, Pulling Cranks, Long Lining Jigs, etc?

Be patient and slow down. Stick to the basics
PawPa used to say "there ain't no fish up there" as I was all tangeled up in an overhanging limb.

the #1 thing is to have confidence !!!! #2 never give up #3 go ever time you can. #4 ask questions # go with a more experienced fisherman.#6 learn at least 1 thing ever time you go .
