The Dam Store

I meant to have aleady posted this but better late than never.

Last week I had to go up toward Sardis, Cray and Neon were gonna fish that day so I drug my boat along and joined them. Coming in off the interstate from Sardis I had no idea where to get bait, I normally come in from the North Batesville exit and stop at Wallaces to get cranks if I need something. Called Cray and he told me The Dam Store was my best bet, Dam Store it is.
Pulled in and looked at what they had, large for me, 4 doz please. Well I stopped her at 3 doz because the count was very good, got to the counter and she rung me up for 3 doz. Price was more than I am used to but minners is all I bought so they got to make their money somewhere, all in all I have no complaints at all. If I find myself needing bait again and up that way I will be stopping back in The Dam Store.

They are good folks. I have always been treated good there. It seems like when you walk in with a C.C hat on they roll out the red carpet for ya. I asked for 6 dozen minnows the last time and I bet I had 12 dozen. I got a hoop cheese and balony sandwich and the bolony and cheese was thick enough to make three sandwiches.

Do they have gas yet? I was going to stop by last time on my way out to fill up the boat since they carry non-ethanol but they were still out 2 weeks ago. Just curious...... And this is not a question to bash just a question of curiosity.

Please don't go taking this thread in the wrong way and getting it locked or deleted. I say this to everyone in general cause we've had to close some "opinions on this business or that business" threads in the past. Everyone has opinions on everything.
