Runs off a 4-wheeler winch motor so I'm assuming yes. Where we store the boat is a tight space and has a slight incline and its all my step dad can do to get it in there. It will come in real handy.

I would like the plans. I made one kinda like that but when I put it in reverse, u better hang on as the handle... It comes up hard and fast. Right now I have a 24v 3 hp motor on a modified 4 wheel Toro. Still had to put 70# on the front(all I had in spare lead) and the front still wants to come up. Wish I had back tires like that as mine wants to spin on gravel. Does good on pavement. I use the trans for f/r/n.. Pushes good in N to move it after unhooking the boat. I'd post a pic, but there is already enough laughing goin on. Lol
Seen them used around a lot of boat yards when I lived on east coast. They handy as a pocket on a shirt. Got a couple of them fat tires and wheels to start your project. And probably plenty of scrap for most of it. Let me know when you get ready to start on it.
That's a pretty slick set-up. I wonder if the transmission off a riding mower could be added to adjust speed for terrain? I'm kicking-around thoughts of getting myself into a larger 1-person craft, and if I loaded it on a jet-ski trailer, something like that might be the ticket!
