they will be at winter pool and will shut the spillway off, I'm guessing.

I would also guess when that happens with the current flow stopped the bite is going to slow down

Grenada and Bultla are 2 COMPETELY different situations, Nader has more water in it ite now than Butla did last year when it was going over the Emergency Spillway, not even a comparison.
