Look what I got!

For those of you that know me, you also know my Lab Angel. Well on Nov. 15th I delivered 6 pups. I had to catch the boat the very next day & I was up till midnight! I was worried about her cause I didn't believe 6 was all. I was right! The next night she delivered a still born & the next day she had to have an emergency c-section to remove a second still born. The next day her stitches busted open & she had to go back for staples. The next day a couple of the staples came loose so she went back to the Vet again! It's been touch & go with her since then, but she is starting to recover. Don't know what I woulda done if something happened to my girl! Best fish'n partner I ever had! Never complains, just loves being in the boat! I asked my wive if she planned on keeping one of the pups & she said no. BULLCRAP! She's done named the lightest yella, Sissy & if she named it I bet money she's planning on keep'n it! When I accused her of it, she just laughed! Love my Brenda! :biggrin

There all so fat! Guess you'll have to train another one to be a fishin partner! Jill asks everyday to see Cocoa!

Congrats. I know it was a bad time for a while. Miss Brenda saves the day again.

You sure get attached to them. I had labs for years, then my wife got a sissy little minature Schnauzer for the house. I never thought I would be interested in it. That little fellow and me are the best of buds. He gets real upset and skulks all day if I don't take him fishing with me. The kids tease me all the time and say they fall in line after the dog!
I hope all works out well .

Everybody on the lake knows that black dog! She has help me meet some good friends!
