First time for everything...

Fished the hwy 89 bridge at Lake Conway today from 7:30 till 2:30. Caught my first official limit on crappie. :biggrin Fished by myself till noon and had 14 crappie & 2 cats. Threw back 4 dinks. Then my mom showed up & we fished till 2:30. We left with 23 crappie & 3 cats. Had the day off work for Columbus Day. They were all caught on Lil hustler jigs, white body, chartreuse tail, with either a black or red nose. 1/16 lead head, 8 ft deep in 11 fow.
