Got smoked sausage chicken and wife had about a quart of pulled smoked pork she put in.
I can make it if I use a mix that has everything except the meats. It's good tho. Wish I could cook from scratch.
We usually use the mixes too Maj. and in my opinion some of them are as good as it gets. Every now and then wife makes it from scratch. Try the Louisianna brand mix if you havent yet Major its as good as homemade or even better.Quote:

Dat looks good. You gonna make me make some this weekend. U use andouilli sausage n boneless chicken thighs in mine. Its real easy just takes awhike to get the meat cooked.
