Yes, they come with the tie down cords.
They come with the cords but, I do not use them...,If its windy I have a little safety chain I made up to fasten the pole down with......but its never tried to come out. A few folks have lost them though.
It won't fit in a Ranger base without a bushing. I changed out my Ranger bases for 3/4 pin, it fits perfect in them.Quote:
