You boys down there make sure you zip those life jackets every time that big motor is runnin. We lost 3 men up here this week. Two on Truman, and one on Smithville. None of them had a lifejacket on.

They arn't sure about either yet. The 2 on Truman were both experienced on the water. The one on Smithville was 72 and a very strong swimmer according to his family. All 3 bodies have been recovered.

Very good advice Hunter....its also a good idea to hook your kill switch up also.

Hate to hear that.I have auto inflatable vest and i test and recharge every spring. Dont take it off until i am back on the ramp,and dont start the motor until kill switch is attached.
