Jaython's big catch
Not sure I spelled the boy's name correctly. I was at the local greasy spoon drinking coffee this morning and showing photos of yesterday. Had promised to take one of the guys adopted grandson fishing awhile back. We got a late start about 8.30 I guess . We hammered a few whiskers. That boy was worn out by the time he reeled in most of our 3 limits.:fish:biggrin

That won't be last time you take him fishing. He'll recover and be ready to go again. He will remember that trip longer than you will.

Good on you for taking that young man fishing! Thumbs Up Looks like he had a great time. Y'all had a little bit cooler weather this morning, huh?

Now thats a good day on the water.

Now that is a priceless experience. Thanks for sharing. Congrats on giving this boy a future and a loving home to grow up in. There are many more young people who are in foster care who would love to find a home like yours, that would love them and protect them. Of course, teach them the joy of fishing.

I like that tongue sticking out in the first pic. Shows good concentration. :D
Awful good of you to take a kid fishing. You may not even know yet what an impression you made on that little feller.
