I am Blessed
I feel Blessed to know several GREAT fishermen on this site. Some I have known a lifetime, some for many years and some I have met since I joined crappie.com.
Each has their own individual tactics that work magic on the crappie, some are one species fishermen,,others are adept at catching anything that swims.
Its my opinion that learning should never end..if we get to the point that we "know it all" learning has ended and we stagnate, and thats not a fitting end to a sportsman.
I've always tryed to see the humor in any given situtation, and lately I have seen some sarcasm in some of my posts...GUILTY~ I'm going to try to remedy that.
I just wanted to say thank you crappie.com, for a place to hang out with the big boys, offer advise to the younguns, and share a laugh with like minded fishermen.

Well Said Xring. I'm new to the site but I'm thankful to all of you great fisherman who are willing to get on here and share your successes and knowledge with those of us who are just beginning in this obsession known as crappie fishing. I've already obtained a wealth of knowledge from this site in just a couple of days and I look forward to expanding my knowledge, techniques, and catches in the future. Without this site and the great fisherman one the boards, I know none of that would be possible.

It's all about having fun , even when the fishing stinks.

I think we're all guilty of some sarcasm on occasion, but the truth is that we are ALL blessed to be able to pursue the bounty of the great outdoors, whether it be Crappie, Deer, or just enjoying the outdoors in general.
I know I've made some bad posts in the past, and if I've ever offended anyone here, I'm Sorry!!! We are a fraternity, and we are all trying to be better at what we love!! We are brethren, and we should always be happy for our fellow C.C members when they have a great day, a great story, or especially when they need our prayers or our help!! I'm like X in that I'll try to do a better job of being less sarcastic, and more supportive towards our fellow brothers. I truly do love reading the stories, and seeing the magnificent catches that most of you have posted. PLEASE KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!!!!
