Fish identity

I DO SOME COMMERCIAL FISHING SO I KNOW THE ANSWER. WHAT KIND OF FISH ARE THESE?

top one looks to be a blue or some call em a white, and the bottom looks between a channel and a blue

none the less they both taste pretty dang good!
