new to forum

New guy here from Beebe, AR. Really getting in to crappie fishing. Have mostly catfished the white river in the past. Have crappie fished before in some farm resevoirs around Hazen. My grandparents used to troll a lot and now I am wanting to get into it. Just got some cheap pole holders rigged up on my duck boat (1548 G3 with 25 Yamaha 2-stroke), and now trying to get me some poles gathered up, right now I have 4 10 footers with the cheap crappie reels. Wanting to get some longer ones now. Look forward to chatting with you guys and spending many hours on here. Also any advice you guys got let me know. Thanks

Welcome for Conway. If you are ready to buy some longer rods, you ought to check into Grizzly Jigs. They are having their Spring Tackle Show this weekend and they usually have some great prices at the show. Don't know if they would give those prices on internet sales, but you might get somebody whose going to pick you up some rods. Check it out. Look forward to your posts on here.
