You can get knotable metal leader material down to something like 4 or 5 pounds test. That might help get you some more of the lil toothies. The stuff costs a bunch, but could be the extra edge and might really be a time saver and a rig saver.

Yep - if the water is murky enough we use wire. Problem is, the darned fish have eagle eyes... Some times they spook with 20lb fluoro leader...Quote:
