Skillet fried deli ham, eggs, cheese & lots of Hellmans. Didn't hold up too well but sure tasted good.

maj, i don't know how you do it. my cardio doc has got me spittin out anything that taste good. every check up my good and bad cholesterol's are all out of wack. by the way, if it ain't helman's, it ain't mayo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My cholesteron's messed up too but I refuse to give in to what's not even proven to be the causes of high chol.
