Gw said that he would guess that 60% of the deer and turkey were lost to flood waters. That place normally coverd with deer and turkey.I have as many as 100 turkeys and deer out there, so big uns also.Quote:

Deer can swim and turkeys can fly..sorta, they'll be a'ight. Turkeys will take the biggest hit with the high water during the breeding cycle.
Mr Jim I believe that the same deer I saw the other day... Laid up on a small concrete rubbish island by the old airport hanger.. Absolutely amazing there was a bobcat on there too.. The old hangar was 80% under water..
