Digiscoping for Deer
I haven't been doing much fishing latey I have been working on the deer camp and checking out the deer heard. I read about a way to take long range photos 400 + yards with a regular point & shoot type of camera. You do it by using a spotting scope rather than a high dollar camera lense. Here is a photo of my setup that I made using a Cannon SD1200 Elph camera attached to a Nikon Pro Staff spotting scope 16-48 power zoom. Of course the photo quality is not that of a $12,000 dollar camera lense but it is fun taking long range photos of deer.
