here's a tip, Wannabe.... When you are going to bed, bring a tall glass of sparkling water and two aspirins with you. Hand it all to IS. When she asks what it's for, tell her that it's for her headache. When she says she doesn't have one, TURN OUT THE LIGHTS! :p
