duck mine are fine, but I have only used then 3 time so far
Happens occassionally to me. Just be sure to wipe your boogers on your pants before you hit the button else they'll gum up over time. :)

I guess the positive is you DO wear pants. I've heard that some on here do not. :eek:
That happens to me every now and then but I have had the line jump off the spool and get pinched between the spool and the side plate SEVERAL thimes.
Spray it down with Reel Magic.
