i guess i`m going fishing at sardis sunday with the troll master(biggerjigger guided trip).doesanyone no a good place close by to get my fishing license and does walmart in batesville sell fishing license.my second question does anyone know a good place to stay on the cheap near sardis ,any help would be appreciated.:D:D:D:D:D
Do you own a life jacket and is your life insurance paid? There is a Motel 6 or a Super 8 right on the interstate in Sardis. Walmart sells fishing license or go online and buy them.

There's an 800# you can call and buy a license over the phone if you have a credit card number to give them. They will assign a number to you and you give that to Mr Greenjeans if you get checked. I have had folks buy one while in my boat.

You can get a license at the Dam Store right at the lake. I highly recommend DO NOT STAY AT THE KNIGHTS INN in Sardis. What a freaking dump. I'd sleep in my truck before staying there again.
Prolly better to stay in Senatobia or Hernando, 15 and 30 minute drive to the lake respectively.
