off topic

i am new at this, what is the off topic site for?

Folks use it for raggin on the govt, just funny stories, and anything that is not directly reated with GPS coordinates for me on where the fish are.

Since this thread is Off Topic...I am moving it.

Kinda like as the pirates on the Pirates of the Caribbean said, there more like guidelines that rules. LOL

But what happens when politics starts cutting into our fishin? Anybody heard about an affirmative action policy for crappie fishin' at the big four? What if we catch too many white crappie? I know we have black crappie here too, but will the gov't get into a quota system?
