Not changed yet. They haven't voted on it. Would change March 16th if approved.
Voting this month it's only going to be for sardis and there going to watch and see what happens so sounds like they will pass it. It's for 1 year. Either way going to be a year for the ages. First come first serve.
YEP I gonna think about working the ramps loading ol folks in and out $5 a boat is fair enough????????????????????????????????????????
Not a bad idea valet service at the boat ramp drop em in and pull em out.
It's gonna be a packed lake for sure those first few days
Caught 41 yday and kept 37...been that way last three trips... Most run 13 to14"... Not sure how many are 10" could be a lean year next few if we keep them 10" fish
I've been trying to tell folks that Sardis is different than last year. You folks who think u can go catch a limit of fish cause the rule is changing is fooling yourself. You will catch a limit cause all of those shorts are now over 12 but not because there is a bunch of 10 inch fish cause there aren't many!!

If there are not many 10 inchers next year is gonna blow
X2. We didn't catch many 10-11" fish either, but a bunch in the 8" range.

Yeah sardis crappie has caught up to the over 12 inch rule that they have out in place. It's going to be one hell of a year. The 10 inch rule won't mean nothing till all fish over 10 inch are caught. But if you happen to catch one that's in the 10-12 range if they pass the law he's a keeper. It won't take long to get to 15 with all these big fish sardis has finally. Wardens going be busy counting.
I agree. Wardens are gonna be busy. Just a thought, the lower lake has no length limit correct? Yet it is not so full of boats you can't move. There are plenty of big fish there right?
Posting these pics for Daddy Rat. He had some show nuff pigs the other day. Good job man!!

Very nice mess of fish.
Today at lunch I heard the latest recommendation is 11" and three poles, 15 person for Sardis. We will know soon enough what they finally decide.

Just heard the same thing Yikes 11"fish 3 poles 15 fish limit for Sardis
Yep, me too.
40 boat limit
Glad to here that. Wish they would leave it at 12 inches though.
three poles per person.....what would be the max poles per boat?
3 per person, no max number. You can use 30 poles with ten folks but have to stop at 40 fish.
So.....If you got a pontoon boat with 10 people on it you can use 30 poles
Yup
I know this will sound dumb... But can you have extra poles in your boat?
I always have extra poles but I have the line wrapped and they are either in my transport racks or tied down next to them. And I usually have some broke down in the rod locker.
I tried to tell y'all them single pole gewbers were fired up.
Even the single polers carry extra poles
You can also get skunked on the lower lake if conditions aren't just right.
