You might give Props Plus in Bono a call. They rebuild props, sell outboard parts and might be able to do carb work. I've used them before for alum. fabricating and they did good work for me.
Props Plus is the place to go. They are some good guys and do good work.
If you do not find someone closer, Hogland's in Paragould is a Nissan dealer.
I got a 25 from them last year and they do service work
