Thinking about buying a solar battery charger. Has anyone used the Sunsei 150. There were only 2 reviews on the BPS site. Main disadvantage it's not water proof but, sounds like that can be fixed with a little silicone.

That would never recharge a deep cycle battery at a 150 ma.
Don't waste your money on anything less than 50W, and don't expect much out of any of them. Since you can't charge overnight, they seriously limit your fishing time.
they are just good to maintain a fully charged battery
Thanks for the feed back, I was mainly wanting to use it to maintain when I'm out camping and don't have easy access to electricity and don't want to lug a spare battery around.
can't "maintain" if you are first planning on using/drawing down the battery
150mA won't even maintain a battery. It's totally useless for a boat battery.
