(05/17/09) Fishing Report - No Luck!

Launch at Dan's place at Gold Creek - he showed me is catch of Red-Ear and Bream.

Dan, I worked the left and right banks and no bites. I hit the live cypress along the way and got ate up with skeeters! Went under the railroad tracks and tried back up in the cove - just a few small ones.

Had to rush outta there because there was a "wife emergency":confused: so I didn't get a chance to visit longer.

But, after the so-called "emergency" (hopefully she isn't reading this) I went to Barnett and watched guy's catch Bass. I didn't do any good there either.

One last chance, went to pickthorne and tried letting the wind carry me - wrong! The wind carried me several times into the bank.

All day long I fought the wind, and the wind won. Came home mowed the yard.

Nonetheless, I was exhausted but had a wonderful time!
