I would hold off on the dual chenille until you have the single down better. Not really sure what you used on the first pic, but make your wraps closer and get it full before moving to the next area of the hook.
Still they are not bad for you first few to tie and would probably catch fish.

I would shorten the tail and work on getting the chenille wraps even. Take a look at this woolly bugger here:

If you use that as a model, you should have some nice-looking jigs.
for just getting started, I would say you are doing good. you will develop your chenille wrapping skills in short order. that mylar type chenille is some tricky stuff to get right, alot of times it seems to not be thick enough to hide the center string. I like nylon chenille and tend to wrap it fairly tight, while crowding the wrap before it. there are some great tyers on here, and some are good teachers of the craft, so you are in the right place.
your jigs look good for a beginner. personally i prefer marabou or bunny fur over hackle feathers.
that wooleyb is an exact match for what we used to slay big rainbows back in washington state. one of them guys and a bb sized splitshot kick-trolled behing the float tube and you could count on at least 3 or 4 nice bows any day of the week. olive was the only color that would consistantly work.
Olive is still the best color.
I think the tails are too long but that is my preference. As for the chenille, if you can pull the fibers of the chenille back while making the next wrap it will be thicker and closer together and look fuller.
They will catch fish though and are about where I started out tying, some 10,000 jigs and flies ago.
Catch fish YES they should, I agree your chenille wraps need to be wrapped tighter and closer together. Not bad for your first attempts.
