You should be right in the neighborhood for the beginning of the cat spawn. The bluegill should be cranked up as well.

Somebody is always going to be catching crappie but the spawn is pretty well done.
Just got back from fishing below Barkley Dam. Brought home 14 crappie fishing off the bank, all full of eggs. Caught several more small ones using curly tails. You might still be in luck.
