Boiled Crappie
This is for a quick snax's... Cut filets into 3/4-1 inch square and put into boiling water for aprox 90 second depends on thickness . make a sauce of 4 parts ketcup 1 part horse radish and a squrit of lemon juice . Dip away with some chips . or what kind of sauce you like.. for those quick snacks when you don't want to fry....

will have to write that one down always up for that late night snack, they are cooked enough in 90 seconds to eat

they are cooked in 90 second normally but the water has to be boiling add a salt to the water. great when you want some quick fish after a days fishing

Boil em in shrimp boil for some added flavor.

They taste a lot like shrimp to me when cooked like this.

I like bluegill fixed like this also.

when cooked like that, we call them hobo's shrimp. We use any panfish.
