Lake Wallace

Everyone, we have had some anglers asking about crappie fishing on Lake Wallace. This lake is very diffucult for us to sample, so we really dont know what the population looks like in this lake. Has anyone been fishing this lake, lately. If so, how many fish are you catching and what size?

My wife and I fished Wallace 4/22/09 for about 4 hours. Fished shallow, deep, only caugt two bass and two goggle eye perch. My new name for Wallace is the dead sea.

I fished it about a month ago, didn't get a bite. I wish it was a better fishing lake, it's a lot closer than Chicot and Grand.

hey i dont know if you'll tried them but i catch alot of crappie on anything red in wallace,,and some dr jucie on it ,,,later tony
