has anyone fished blue mt latlyis the water muddy and what is tempare they shallow yet thanks

Water very high and slightly muddy! Water temp 54-63 from morning to evening. The bite is really slow 2 keepers caught by one friend but 9 by anther who fished all day! I am going to give it some more time and try Okane next. This morning the water is still up to 396.
