I want to say thanks to everyone who attended the meeting at Fountianhead Marina Saturday. Everyone was a big help with info and knowledge. Thanks to the Cherokee Rod CO. for a great 71/2' rod. My birthday was Saturday and winning that rod sure made it nice.

I'm only sorry I didn't get to shake everyones hand and meet more of all of you. If meeting Stink and Asklouis was any indication of what everyone else was like, I might be glad I didn't meet ya'll. (just kidding) Think in the long run, this website will help us all to develope great friends that we otherwise would have never met.
A tip of the hat to all that made the meeting possible. DC Crappie Kid and I slipped off for a little R & R after the meeting. WE fished for 1 1/2 hours and he spanked me with a 2 pound largemouth.:D Nutt'in else just 1 fish:( It was a pleasure to see that many present for a first meeting.
Hardrock I really enjoyed meeting u and the mrs......you have another thread about fishing mill creek....talk to Eufaula Boy....he has a couple of friends that fish mill creek alot and can probably give you the info you need
Hardrock; Your sure welcome I hope you catch that 4lber. my buddy lost in Mill creek years ago on that rod, we have caught some slabhead crappe out of there!!!
