Here is the incident report.
Officer Jim Adams received an anonymous complaint regarding several anglers keeping over their bag limit of panfish at Grape Hammock Fish Camp on Lake Kissimmee. When he arrived, Officer Adams was initially unable to locate the suspects, but located their vehicle and camp. The camp had eight large coolers in plain view. After the suspects returned to their camp, Officer Adams received permission to inspect their vehicle, camp and the coolers. The eight coolers contained a large number of shellcracker and bluegill panfish. Officer Adams charged the four anglers with exceeding their possession limit of panfish and seized nearly 1,300 fish.
