Tied these up tonight.
I also tie these with a chartreuse body and they are absolutely killer.

I have never fished a all black jig myself, most of the water I fish is muddy or stained and I stick to chartruse or bright orange so what kind of water do you fish them in?

I think you got your stuff together on your jigs. Some of the best I have seen anywhere !! The luster on the heads,perfect eyes,great colors and overall look is just fantastic. Great idea on mixing the paint for the heads. What color are the purple ones on "weekend project thread " and do you use an eye dotter for those perfect eyes ? What is the tail stuff on the bettys ?Would you give a material list like you see on trout fly videos?
