Very nice! Looks like 3 different flash colors? You do an awsome head job! (he:Dhe) There is alot of detail on there, can't imagine how much time it takes to get the heads done before they end up on the tie bench.
Those colors are real close to some of the local green sunnies round here!
Now I know what a killer jig looks like.Awesome blend of painting and materials.Is that ultra grizzly marabou or something else. I don't believe I've seen that color of marabou before.
They surely catch crappie and bream.

It's 5 strand's of yellow on the belly 5 strand's of orange/chartruse next then 5 strand's of chartruse/black on top yes it is griz-bou the tail flash is rainbow,pearl,gold and purple crystal flash with gold holo-ghaphic laterial and pectorial flash.
WOW, Flatfish. That is some good looking jig. Bet those bream would run over each other trying to get to it.
