Hey JOHNW. I just recently found this site and I too spend most of my weekends on Woods and would love to know more about what others are experiencing while fishing there. I sure am glad to find this site.Have been fishing Woods very heavy for last 3 years now and truly have become someone who chases those Craps every visit. Thanks and gl fishing. P.s. Hi, John and GCF nice to here you are from Fayetteville also. I am trying to get started fishing for crappie at Tims, any tips on that lake?

I have not fished for crappie at Tims before but I know someone who says he catches them in Lost Creek. There is some deep cover there he fishes.

I have caught a few but was by accident while smallmouth bass fishing not very far from the State Park.

Thanks, I tried Matthews branch, and in Maples bend last weekend with no luck.
