Safe weekend
I would like to take this opportunity to wish everyone a safe weekend. I know there is going to be lots of boats, skiers, jet skiers and such on your favorite lake, so watch out for them. It is our responsibility to be safe and watch out for them since we are on the water all year, most of those people are only on the water a couple of days in the summer. Ensure that we check our boats and equipment, it always seems that DNR will stop a guy that's trolling with 16 rods at 1mph, but won't stop 25 people packed in a pontoon going around in circles.
Don't forget our fellow Soldiers and Americans fighting and dying to ensure everyone has the freedoms we enjoy everyday.
Thanks, and be safe

Thank you DI for standing on the wall. My prayers are with ALL of our country this weekend, but especially those that are preserving our way of life. My God bless and keep us all safe.

Have a safe, happy, healthy holiday....and be careful if you go to any lake.
God Bless!!

I won't be hitting the lake until the night of the 7th. Working like always on holidays I don't have to fight the crowds. I sell them their goodies for a happy 4th and that makes me happy. I leave after work the 4th headed to Florida to drop a line in the gulf until thursday morning.
Hope you all have a safe and happy 4th. Thank all that served to keep my freedom and rights and those that train them.. :D

I won't be going anywhere this weekend go too much to do. Lakes will be wall to wall with boat and jetskis. I'll bet you could walk across Allatoona with out getting your feet wet by stepping from boat to boat. Please, everyone, remember our troops everywhere who are keeping us safe so we can celebrate our independance. God bless and protect them all.

Thanks DI. I too am planning on staying around the house and work on the boats a little when it is cool. Trying to get the Skeeter cleaned up to sell. Everyone have a safe holiday. Keep our troops in your thoughts and prayers.
