I understand everyone's posts when they describe brushpiles, PVC, bamboo, etc. as "structure" they have put out, but isn't the correct term "cover". Structure is a description of the contour of the bottom and cover is anything natural or built that sticks above the bottom of the lake. Did I learn it wrong or does it even matter? I think everyone understands anyway.
I understand it the same way you do CW. Technically though, a "structure" is something that is built like a home or whatever, so anything man-made and lowered into a lake for "cover" is also...technically...."structure".;):D

And, yes ... the correct terminology of cover vs structure is how you describe it, CW. But, like alot of words we use, they're often incorrectly used to mean the same thing, or both words have the same or similar meanings and we use them interchangably.

To kep it simple, I think of "cover" as being on "Structure". Crappiepappy is correct.
