I know of this happening, once I saw and the other I heard about. Both incidents involved putting a boat in with icy conditions on ramp. The one I didn't see, but knew of the fisherman, cost him his life. Sad, but sometimes in our haste to get where we wanta go we don't always exercise sound judgment.
But in this instance, you can't help but laugh at the guy...kinda like your swimming trunks falling down at the pool :eek:!
