Woods 1/26

Went to Woods this afternoon, was anxious to try out some of my new stuff from Grizzly Jig. Ended up with 15 + keepers and all released. Caught em all on a 1/8 oz. Boddy Garland Baby Shad, 25' deep in 30' to 45' of water. Really like my new rods from B n M, unbelieveably light weight and very sensitive!! Plan on going again tomorrow maybe with the wife if the weather suits her.

Hey John, 4 more days and the barriers come down at woods! Went again today with the wife and only caught 3. Don't know what happen to them!!! Next decent day we have I'll give ya a ring.

Hey Frank, hope you'll like yours as well as I like mine. They both have fish slime on the handles allready!! That handle takes a little gettin used to but it serves a good purpose. Shouldn't be too long befor things start to thaw up there in Illinois!

Fishhawk is it Sunday or Monday when they open the complete lake up for fishing?Looks like the weather is going to be great this weekend for fishing going to have some wind but think I will manage that.Looking to get some beds sunk Friday night with Thrill and then be on the water somewhere Sat and Sun.Are you going to be going out this weekend any?
