Fished Barkley last Sat 12/20 & caught 23 nice crappie some upto 13" caught them from 6' to 10' deep on a floatntiny. We were the only ones fishing but the goose & duck hunters blasted all day. If they are good shots I don't see how there can be any left cause it sounded like a war. They were shooting when we got out of the truck before daylight.
Sounds like you need to have a bullet-proof vest on when fishing weekends on the lake. Good job catching 23 keepers.
How in the world did you deal with that wind? My goodness! I live 15 minutes fron Barkley & it was blow'n 30+ here. Or maybe that was Friday. Heck I don't know. I'm loosing my mind set'n in this house!Quote:
