Humminbird 300tx Joby?

I have two 300tx units, one base is missing the plastic removable wire cover AND the metal retaining clip. The other base is only missing the metal retaining clip. I've looked on the Humminbird website and have found this Quick Disconnect Mount-Matrix Series

I cannot locate any individual parts for the bases. Does Hummibird sell the two peices I need to make both my units functional? Do I just need to purchase complete bases for both units?
