What's up with this weather?

Here it is the 2nd week in November and I'm fishin in short sleeves! The weather this week has taken the water temperature from 47 up to 56 degrees. It was over 70 degrees out there today.
The bigs boys(girls) were harder to come by today.
I did get a bonus striped one.

nice bunch of fish md the lake i usually fish is down so low bet 40 ft it has dropped (youghaghany resivour ) have to really go out of my way to get in the water then don't know how far i can go where it once was say 200 yrds wide is now 200 ft.
