Monticello Lake

Finally got through at the deer camp early enough to sneak out to the local pothole. Fished from 3:30 to 7:00 and caught 18. Only kept 10 because they were all running small - nothin to brag about. Caught them on the last treeline next to open water on rosie reds minnows on a char/blk jighead. I tried trolling for about an hour on the flats but never even got a bump. I was fishing about 14' deep in 20-25 FOW.
