Any Millwood Reports?

I was just wondering if anybody has been fishing Millwood lately and if they were having any success?

I went Oct. 11th. caught a few small bass in the morning, then the river came up and was very muddy and the fish stoped biteing. We caught no crappie and heard from other fishermen that they were very slow.

Planning a trip to Millwood in the near future and was wondering if anybody has any pointers? I was hoping that someone has been there recently and could give me an idea on how the fish are behaving.

I went 10-30&31 i caught 5 crappie & 1 brim on the 30 and 2 on the 31. They were slow about hiting. Talk to 2 other fishingermen they caught a few but not a lot, the river is begaing to clear up a little.

I fished millwood 10/31,11/01 & 11/02.

The gates are closed, river pretty clear, very little wind.

Friday, we(2) kept 30 over 10", Saturday 35, then sunday only 15.
It was cool friday and sat., then hot on sunday. The bream moved into the tops we fished and would tear a jig or minnow up.

I do better when it is cold.

That is some good news Yarddog. I can't wait to get there - Should be there on 11/6 just in time for the weather to cool down. Thanks for the info
