Blood-river

Any body catching any crappie in Blood-River yet?????

Haven't fished there in the last week, but been 3 or 4 times this month and they've been pretty tough for me. 4 keepers is the best I've done, but this only the second year I've been fishing there, and I'm not an expert. Hope to make it back down there next week and check them out.

I'm heading down the first of next week to fish for three days and any reports or info appreciated.With the cooler temps the water temp is going the right direction and maybe we can catch a few!

Like I said earlier, I haven't been in a week or so, but will tell you this even if it is outdated. In my previous trips the fish I have caught have shown a definite preference for dark green/chart or lime green/chart tube jigs over everything else I've pushed. Minnows haven't seemed to do any better than jigs tipped with nibbles.
