I don't know what they would charge as they do make their living in art, but, it might be reasonable. I do know that the creativity they possess is amazing.
My Sis's paintings are so clear and consise, they look like a digital photograph. She's won numerous awards and has had paintings grace the cover of American Artist. Send her an email, tell her that her brother in Oklahoma sent you. She doesn't know it yet, but she is going to make me a picture of the Grim Reaper holding his sythe like a fishing rod, with line attached and a Crappie on the end of it.
