Buffalo Bass
Melt a 1/3 stick of real butter in a skillet on medium heat.
Add about 2 tablespoons Louisiana Hot Sauce
When butter/hot sauce first starts sizzlin, add the bass fillets to the skillet.
Stir fillets around to make sure they all have the sauce on em.
Cook for about 3-4 minutes, flip em over, cook for about 3 minutes.
Are they flaky and about to fall apart when you try to scoop em up?
Yep, they are done.
Real good with Glory Mustard Greens and corn on the cob.
