Some nice gills from the Gloden State

You guys down south have it good. There are plenty of lakes holding some nice gills. Here in California good lakes are hard to come by, but I found one. I want to share some photos from last month fishing trip. Fished were caught on mealworms and crickets. It was tough fishing, but my brother and I caught our share.

We caught mostly bluegill but also got some nice redear.

VERY nice gils and good eaten too!

Goood Gracious, nice catch. Next time I'm in California you gotta take me fishing.

Too late all gone and they were tasty too.
