Right side trailer light---Everything on the trailer works fine except for the tail light on that side. Have checked the bulb, reconnected all the wiring and even purchased a new tail light which had the same problem. Pretty sure its a short in the Brown wire but don't know were to look since all the wiring is enclosed in the trailer. Could the problem be in the harness itself? I have also been blowing fuses.
I'm not an expert by any means, but I once had the same problem with one side not working and fuses being blown. Pulled all the wires out of the trailer and found that a wires inside were skinned back and touching making the fuses blow. Its fairly easy to pull new through the trailer. I took both lights off, tied a string to both sets of wires, pulled them through, and then used the string to pull them back. If I were going to pull them out, I would just go ahead and replace it all.
Since both the tail lights work off the brown wire and one side works, its got to be in the trailer harness. You will probably find a bad wire as mentioned.
What I've always done is take out the handy test light. If you don't have one, you can pick one up for just a few dollars. I always start at the harness and work my way back.

Just to be sure, run a new wire on the outside of the frame from the front to the light to make sure it works. if it does then plan on changing the wire inside the frame.

Working like a charm. Ran a separate ground to the bad light and it fixed the problem. Appreciate the information and advise.
