I nailed huge ones last weekend at Black Butte lake!!! My biggest was a huge 2 pounder!! The crappie fishing was good in mornings using live minnows at Buckhorn Resort. I also caught a decent sized carp!

califisherman - Nice stringer of crappies, but I like your boat even better. What size outboard do you run on that rig? I've got a 12 jon with a 4 hp Marniner I use for the small rivers and state park lakes in the area. Guys do it all the time, but I don't have the nerve to run my bass boat with a 60 hp in the rivers around here. Lower units are too expensive.
Yea its a nice lil boat!! A Sea Eagle!! 11 footer, i Have a 3.3hp motor on it(mercury brand).
